一、Suggestions for battery charging of shifter:
01) low battery alarm: when the battery power is less than about 25%, the buzzer will sound an alarm to prompt the user to charge.
02) when the emergency stop switch is pressed, connect the control box and battery box.
03) when the battery is not in use, it should be placed in a cool and dry place and charged every other month.
二、Details of battery charging of shifter:
01) in order to obtain the maximum battery life, the battery needs to be charged regularly. We recommend charging every night after use. It takes about 4 hours to fully charge. After charging, the charger will turn off automatically.
02) during charging, the yellow indicator on the control box is on continuously. When the charging is completed, the light turns green. If the light stays on for more than 6 hours, the battery may need to be replaced. Do not continue charging, replace the battery.
03) do not charge in humid environment! If the lifting equipment is not used every day, we recommend pressing the emergency stop button after use. This turns off the current and saves battery energy.
三、Maintenance of shifter:
1) Be sure to turn off the power supply during cleaning, disinfection, maintenance and servicing.
2) Power plug and water will cause failure or even electric shock.
3) Exposed metal parts will rust when exposed to water. Please wipe them with a dry and soft cloth.
4) For stains and oil stains, use a cloth soaked in neutral detergent diluted in water, twist it dry and wipe it.
5) Do not use volatile chemical solvents such as banana water, gasoline and kerosene, as well as wax, sponge and brush containing abrasive.
